Other information

At the Op-shop we enjoy being a part of the Brown Hill community. We are open Thursdays and Fridays 9.30 am - 12.30 pm (during term time). Most items are under $10. We are happy to receive donations of clean clothing, linen and household bric’a’brac. Unfortunately we can’t accept electrical items or mattresses for OHS reasons. We like to work with other groups in Ballarat. The fabric that we cannot sell, we are able to donate to Days for Girls to further their work. We also support Breezeway and local sewing groups. The proceeds from the sales at Op-Shop go back into the local community. We support the learn to swim program at the Brown Hill pool and the breakfast program at the school. We have gone plastic free at Op shop but we are happy to accept green bags and paper bags donations. Come in and say hello to our friendly volunteers.
